Family Guy Releases Second Set of Halloween and Holiday Specials on Hulu

Get ready to celebrate Halloween and enjoy the winter holidays with two new Family Guy specials, exclusively on Hulu. These episodes will stream before the show’s 24th season premieres on Fox in 2026. This marks the second set of Hulu-exclusive specials, following last year’s Halloween and Christmas editions.

The Halloween special “A Little Fright Music” is scheduled to debut on October 6. In this episode, Brian and Stewie realize there aren’t many good Halloween songs, so they take it upon themselves to write one. Meanwhile, Peter and the gang learn a dangerous lesson about lying to get more treats while trick-or-treating.

Details about the holiday special and its premiere date will be shared at a later time. The news of these specials was revealed during Family Guy’s panel at Comic-Con.

Excitingly, Family Guy has been renewed for a massive four-season deal at Fox, ensuring the show will continue through its 27th season in 2028-29. Creator Seth MacFarlane’s American Dad! is also coming back to Fox after a decade on TBS, alongside the renewals of The Simpsons and Bob’s Burgers for four more seasons. All these hit shows are produced by 20th Television Animation.

Seth MacFarlane, along with showrunners Rich Appel and Alec Sulkin, Steve Callaghan, Tom Devanney, Danny Smith, Kara Vallow, Mark Hentemann, Patrick Meighan, and Alex Carter, executive produces Family Guy. Don’t miss out on the fun of these upcoming specials!
