LL Cool J to Host Paramount+ Docuseries “Hip Hop Was Born Here”
LL Cool J is set to host a new music docuseries on Paramount+ called Hip Hop Was Born Here. The show, co-created by LL Cool J and NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, will take viewers on a deep dive into the history of hip hop in New York City. The five-episode first season is scheduled to premiere on July 22, so mark your calendars!
In the docuseries, LL Cool J will sit down with iconic rap stars like Big Daddy Kane, Doug E. Fresh, Grandmaster Caz, Marley Marl, Rev Run, Roxanne Shante, and Method Man. And don’t worry, there will also be appearances from newer artists like Crystal Caines and Lady London, among others.
