MASN Launches New Streaming Option for Orioles and Nationals Fans
MASN, the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, known for broadcasting Orioles and Nationals games, is offering a new streaming package for in-market fans. Starting Thursday, fans can purchase MASN+ directly through MLB.TV for $64.99 for the remainder of the season or opt for a monthly subscription at $19.99. For those interested in accessing any Major League Baseball game, they can now add on MLB.TV for $144.99. These special offers are only available until September and are designed for fans who do not already have MASN+. Existing subscribers will receive a separate invite to include MLB.TV in their package.
This move marks a significant step for MASN, which recently joined the direct-to-consumer streaming world after being one of the few regional sports networks without this option until April.
On the MLB side, expanding digital and linear rights for all 30 clubs has been a priority. Currently, six teams already offer similar bundle subscriptions, including the Dodgers and Mets games through SNLA and SNY, respectively. With the recent legal settlement in March, the Nationals now have the freedom to explore new broadcast rights for 2026, leading to potential changes for both Washington and Baltimore.
While there is a possibility that both teams will continue with MASN post this season, there is also a chance that they may consider selling their rights to MLB for production. This partnership between MASN and MLB opens up exciting opportunities for fans to catch all the action conveniently and affordably.
