Owen and Luke Wilson Attend ‘Stick’ Premiere Together
It’s not every day we see the Wilson brothers step out together, but that’s exactly what happened in Los Angeles recently. Owen Wilson was shining at the premiere of his new Apple TV+ series Stick, and he had his younger brother Luke Wilson right by his side for the big night.
The Wilson brothers, Luke at 53 and Owen at 56, looked sharp as they posed for photos together on the red carpet, a rare sight as the last time they did so was way back in 2016. The event was star-studded, with Owen’s co-stars Judy Greer, Marc Maron, and Timothy Olyphant in attendance at the AMC Century City.
While it’s been a while since the brothers had a public appearance together like this, Owen fondly recalled a time in 2022 when they spent some quality time together in Atlanta. Owen was there shooting Marry Me while Luke had his own project going on. “It was fun. It all comes rushing back to you, what you love about the guy and then what can also drive you crazy,” Owen shared on the Today show.
In Stick, Owen takes on the role of ex-pro golfer Pryce Cahill, whose life took an unexpected turn 20 years ago in a plot that involves coaching a talented 17-year-old golfer. The first three episodes are set to premiere on Apple TV+ on June 3, with new episodes following weekly through July 23.
It’s heartwarming to see the Wilson brothers supporting each other in their respective projects, and this rare sighting is definitely a treat for fans of these Hollywood siblings.
