2027 ACM Awards to Take Place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas

Exciting news for country music fans! The Academy of Country Music Awards will be returning to Las Vegas for their 62nd show on May 16, 2027, at the iconic MGM Grand Garden Arena. This will be the second year in a row for the show to take place in Las Vegas after having been hosted in Texas from 2023 to 2025.

Last year’s 61st ACM Awards, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and hosted by Shania Twain, treated audiences to 17 captivating performances that were streamed live on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories. Cody Johnson snagged the Entertainer of the Year title for the first time, and Ella Langley made history with her seven wins in a single year, the most for a solo artist.

The economic boost for Las Vegas was significant, with an estimated $53 million in economic impact generated from the 61st show, marking an 85% increase over the previous year’s event in Texas. The 62nd ACM Awards will continue the trend of streaming on Prime Video, with ticket sales starting in the fall of 2026.
