TKO Announces Paramount+ Deal as Exclusive Home of Zuffa Boxing
Zuffa Boxing has finally found its new exclusive home, and it’s on Paramount+! The TKO boxing promotion announced a deal that will kick off at the beginning of 2026, bringing 12 fantastic fight cards to viewers in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, with more events expected in the coming years. There’s even a chance that CBS will simulcast some of the matches on its traditional broadcast platform.
“I’m thrilled to share top-notch boxing events with audiences around the world,” said Dana White, the UFC president and Zuffa’s main promoter. “This partnership means millions of boxing fans will now have access to watch intense fights featuring up-and-coming boxers and the biggest stars in the sport. Paramount is set to be the go-to spot for UFC and boxing enthusiasts to catch the most epic combats in the sports world.”
The chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh, added to the excitement by saying, “This collaboration with Paramount supports our goal to transform how viewers enjoy boxing. More fight fans will have the chance to witness some of the most thrilling boxers in action. This is the future of live boxing coverage and will ensure the sport continues to flourish.”
This news came after a previous report by Front Office Sports’ Ryan Glasspiegel hinted that Zuffa Boxing might gravitate towards Paramount, which recently sealed a $7.7 billion deal to become the home of TKO’s related entity, UFC, for the next seven years. Discussing the decision-making process, TKO’s President and COO Mark Shapiro shared that they thought about combining UFC and Zuffa’s rights before opting for individual sales. “The UFC deal was massive, so we wanted to give it a spotlight of its own before shifting our focus to boxing,” Shapiro explained.
While the exact financial terms have not yet been disclosed, Shapiro and White have confirmed that TKO will still have the ability to organize special events, like the anticipated Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford bout, as standalone activities apart from their main media rights deal. Stay tuned for more details on Zuffa’s schedule and debut card on Paramount+ in the near future.
