Upcoming Releases on Apple TV+ in October 2025

“The Last Frontier” arrives on the 10th of October, featuring a 10-episode thriller following Frank Remnick, played by Jason Clarke, as the lone U.S. marshal in charge of the quiet, rugged barrens of Alaska. When a prison transport plane crashes in the remote wilderness, setting free dozens of violent inmates, Remnick’s jurisdiction is turned upside down. As he works to protect the town he’s vowed to keep safe, he begins to suspect the crash wasn’t an accident but the first step in a dangerous plan with far-reaching consequences. Episodes 1 and 2 will be available together, followed by weekly releases until the finale on the 5th of December.
On the 15th of October, “Loot” returns for its third season, following a group of misfits at the Wells Foundation working together so Molly can fulfill her promise to give away all her vast fortune. The ten episodes will be released weekly until the 10th of December, starring Maya Rudolph, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Nat Faxon, Ron Funches, and Joel Kim Booster.
Don’t miss “Mr. Scorsese” on the 17th of October, a film portrait of the esteemed director Martin Scorsese, exploring his extraordinary career through exclusive access to his private archives. The documentary series includes extensive conversations with Scorsese himself, along with never-before-seen interviews with friends, family, and creative collaborators. All five episodes will be released at once.
Wrapping up the month on the 29th of October is “Down Cemetery Road,” where neighbor Sarah Trafford, portrayed by Ruth Wilson, becomes obsessed with finding a girl who disappears in the aftermath of a house explosion in a quiet Oxford suburb. Joining forces with private investigator Zoë Boehm, played by Emma Thompson, they uncover a conspiracy where the lines between the living and the dead blur. The first two out of eight episodes will be available at once, followed by weekly releases until the finale on the 10th of December.
