Apple TV+ Subscription Price Increases to $13 per Month

Apple has decided to increase the price of its Apple TV+ streaming service to $13 per month, up from the previous $10 per month. This change takes effect immediately, but current subscribers will only see the price hike reflected in their bill 30 days after their next renewal date. The good news is that the cost of a yearly subscription remains the same, as does the price of an Apple One bundle.

It seems like Apple is following the trend of starting off with lower prices and gradually increasing them over time. In this case, the price has almost doubled since 2023 when it was just $7 per month. Despite the increase, Apple reports that Apple TV+ viewership has seen strong double-digit growth year over year.

Apple TV+ has been getting a lot of attention lately, with hit shows like Severance and a slew of Emmy nominations for The Studio. The platform has also made a name for itself in the sci-fi genre, offering series such as For All Mankind, Invasion, Foundation, Murderbot, Silo, and Dark Matter.
