Upcoming Netflix Shows and Movies Filming in Fall 2025

Get ready, because Netflix has a ton of exciting new shows and movies in the works that are set to hit your screens in 2026 and beyond! It’s been a busy summer with lots of new productions (check out our Summer 2025 recap here), and the momentum is carrying over into the fall. Wondering what’s currently filming, what’s gearing up, and what’s soon to wrap production? Here’s a sneak peek at Netflix’s upcoming production line-up for late summer and early fall 2025.

Keep in mind that production schedules are always subject to change, so the dates listed below are just a rough guide. We’ll keep you updated with any changes in filming dates in future articles. While we’ll mainly focus on English-language productions, we’ll also highlight a few international projects.

Here’s a look at some of the TV shows that are set to start filming in fall 2025:

– “3 Body Problem” (Season 2) – The sci-fi series from David Benioff and D.B. Weiss is currently filming in Hungary and will continue into 2026.
– “All The Sinners Bleed” (Season 1) – A new crime drama produced by Steven Spielberg and the Obamas, filming starts in Atlanta from November.
– “Avatar: The Last Airbender” (Season 3) – The final season is shooting in Vancouver, Canada, and Iceland.
– “Big Mistakes” – Dan Levy’s new series kicks off filming in New Jersey in August.
– “Black Doves” (Season 2) – Kiera Knightley returns in the British spy thriller.
– “Easton Prep” – A new Australian drama series filming in Victoria.
– “Extraction” (Season 1) – Omar Sy leads this series filming in Ireland and Morocco in December.
– “Free Bert” – Bert Kreischer stars in this comedy series wrapping in Atlanta, Georgia.

– “Golf” (Season 1) – Will Ferrell stars in this comedy series filming in Los Angeles.
– “Grown Ups” (Season 1) – Irish drama set to film in Dublin and Wicklow in August.
– “I Will Find You” (Limited Series) – Filming in Toronto and wrapping in mid-August.
– “Little House on the Prairie” (Season 1) – Filming in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
– “Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story” (Season 4) – Filming in Los Angeles from September to March.
– “My Life with the Walter Boys” (Season 3) – Starting filming in Calgary, Canada, on August 6th.
– “North of North” (Season 2) – Filming in Toronto and Nunavut, Canada.
– “Outer Banks” (Season 5) – The final season filming since mid-June.
