Discover Cola’s Peacock Blues and Brews: A New Concept Coming Soon

Exciting news for beer and music lovers in Parkrose! A new spot called Cola’s Peacock Blues & Brews is in the works at 11807 NE Sandy Boulevard, right at the El Yucateco Foodcart. You won’t find any social media updates about the opening date just yet, but it’s coming.

If you’ve ever been to Jojo’s Gyro or Mr. C’s BBQ & Catering at the same address, you know the outdoor food cart space is a bustling area right by Portland International Airport. But soon, Cola’s will offer something unique – think record music, karaoke, and video lottery machines. With 30 indoor seats and 16 outdoor seats, you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the vibes.

The doors will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day, serving up both food and alcohol. Behind this new project are locals Roger and LaCola Marcell, though they’re not available for comments just yet. Stay tuned for more updates as the opening date approaches!
