Down Cemetery Road Trailer: Thompson Wilson – Vital Thrills

Apple TV+ has just dropped the trailer for Down Cemetery Road, a gripping new thriller featuring the talented Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson. The series will kick off with its first two episodes on October 29, followed by weekly releases until December 10.

The story starts with a mysterious explosion in an Oxford neighborhood, leading to the disappearance of a young girl. Neighbor Sarah Trafford (played by Wilson) takes it upon herself to uncover the truth, teaming up with private investigator Zoë Boehm (played by Thompson). Together, they unravel a complex web of deceit that blurs the lines between the living and the dead.

The ensemble cast is full of familiar faces, including Adeel Akhtar, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Tom Goodman-Hill, Darren Boyd, Tom Riley, Adam Godley, Sinead Matthews, Ken Nwosu, Fehinti Balogun, and Aiysha Hart. Written by Morwenna Banks and produced by 60Forty Films, this series promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

This new show joins the ranks of the Emmy Award-winning Slow Horses on Apple TV+, which is gearing up for its fifth season premiere and has already been renewed for a seventh season. Based on Mick Herron’s “Slough House” book series, Slow Horses features the legendary Sir Gary Oldman in the lead role.

With such stellar talent both in front of and behind the camera, Down Cemetery Road is set to be a must-watch series for fans of thrilling mysteries. Stay tuned for the premiere on Apple TV+ this fall!
