Tyra Banks guest starring in final season of Bel-Air on Peacock
Peacock’s beloved drama series, Bel-Air, is gearing up for its final season with a special guest star. Tyra Banks, famous for her roles in Coyote Ugly and Life-Size, as well as her appearance in the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, will be gracing our screens in the fourth and last season of the show, debuting on Monday, November 24th.
Fans of the original series will be excited to see Tyra Banks back in the Bel-Air universe, this time as a former college classmate of Vivian Banks (played by Cassandra Freeman). She brings her bold personality to the screen, setting the stage for a reunion that promises to be full of surprises.
As we look ahead to the upcoming season, we can expect to see Will (played by Jabari Banks) maneuvering through the challenges and triumphs of senior year. Carlton (Olly Sholotan) will be grappling with the consequences of significant decisions that could shape his future. The bond between Phil (Adrian Holmes) and Geoffrey (Jimmy Akingbola) will be put to the test by a significant power shift.
In the midst of all this, Viv will be on a journey of self-discovery, Ashley (Akira Akbar) will be starting her high school adventure with a rebellious flair, and Hilary (Coco Jones) will be exploring her own path to self-realization.
Bel-Air has captured audiences with its modern take on Will’s story from West Philadelphia to Bel-Air, inspired by Morgan Cooper’s viral reimagining of the ’90s sitcom. Executive producer Morgan Cooper is set to direct the final two episodes, while Carla Banks Waddles continues in her role as showrunner, executive producer, and writer.
The talented ensemble cast, including Banks, Holmes, Freeman, Sholotan, Jones, Akbar, Akingbola, Jordan L. Jones (Jazz), and Simone Joy Jones (Lisa), promises to deliver a compelling and memorable final season. Don’t miss the premiere of Bel-Air season four on November 24th on Peacock.
