Marvel Zombies: Trailer, Release Date, Cast, Comic – Update

Exciting news for Marvel fans! The Avengers are getting a spooky makeover in the new Disney+ animated series, Marvel Zombies. If you remember the zombie episode from season 1 of What If…, you’ll be thrilled to know that this new show continues that storyline.

In Marvel Zombies, a zombie virus infects the Avengers and spreads to the rest of the world, turning our beloved heroes into brain-craving undead. But don’t worry, a small group of survivors are on a mission to save the world.

This concept of undead superheroes first appeared in the Ultimate Fantastic Four comic and later became its own series, created by Robert Kirkman of The Walking Dead fame. To celebrate the launch of the animated miniseries, a new comic, Marvel Zombies: Red Band, will be released on Sept. 17.

Mark your calendars because Marvel Zombies premieres on Disney+ on Sept. 24, just in time for the start of spooky season. And get ready for a TV-MA-rated show that promises to be intense and true to the spirit of the comics.

A trailer for Marvel Zombies dropped on Sept. 2, giving us a glimpse of the gory battles and featuring fan-favorite characters like Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch, and even a zombie Captain America.

The voice cast includes top actors like Florence Pugh, Paul Rudd, and Elizabeth Olsen returning to voice their Marvel characters. And get ready for a star-studded lineup of talent, including Simu Liu, Hailee Steinfeld, and Awkwafina.

Marvel Zombies is a four-episode mini-series event, with all episodes available to stream on Disney+ starting Sept. 24. So get ready for a wild ride through a post-apocalyptic world filled with flesh-eating superheroes!
