Normally priced at $7.99 per month, the ad-supported Peacock Premium plan will be fully accessible to Walmart+ members at no extra cost.

Members can easily switch between Peacock and Paramount+ through the Walmart+ account hub, located on the app or website, every 90 days. For those looking for uninterrupted viewing, there are upgrade options available. Paramount+ Premium offers ad-free streaming (excluding live TV) for an additional $5.99 per month or $59.99 annually, while Peacock Premium Plus is available for $13.99 monthly or $139.99 yearly. Managing these upgrades is a breeze through the Walmart+ dashboard, with pricing conveniently billed through the membership account.

Walmart’s foray into the entertainment world is all part of a larger strategy to compete with Amazon Prime. As more households subscribe to streaming services, consumers are on the lookout for bundled options that provide better value. Paramount+ users will need to link or create an account using the same email as their Walmart+ profile, while activating Peacock follows a similar process through NBCUniversal’s portal.

But Walmart isn’t stopping there. The company is already looking ahead to potential future additions, like enhanced integration with Pluto TV’s ad-free monthly rotations for members. And of course, Walmart+ continues to sweeten the deal with other value-added perks, such as discounts at Burger King, free Whopper offers, and Rx for Less savings on prescriptions for conditions like diabetes and heart health.
