Peacock Premium Now Available on Walmart+

To celebrate its five-year anniversary, Walmart+ is rolling out Peacock’s ad-supported Premium plan for no extra cost starting September 15. This means members can enjoy even more entertainment options without seeing a hike in the price. Deepak Maini, senior vice president of Walmart+, shared, “By giving our members the flexibility to switch between two top-notch video streaming services, we’re empowering them to tailor their entertainment experience and save big. It’s just one of the many ways we’re evolving Walmart+ to meet the needs of today’s consumer.”

This move strengthens the partnership between Walmart+ and Peacock, which has already brought us collaborations like Today Table, the Must ShopTV launch with “Below Deck Mediterranean,” and joint efforts with NBCU and Walmart Connect. Peacock recently hit 41 million paid subscribers in Comcast’s second quarter of 2025, underscoring its popularity.

In addition to Peacock, Walmart+ offers Paramount+’s ad-supported Essential plan, and subscribers will have the freedom to swap between Paramount+ and Peacock every 90 days. Ray Hopkins, Paramount U.S. distribution president, expressed excitement about this extended partnership, bringing “blockbuster movies, iconic franchises, hit originals and championship sports” to Walmart+ members.

Walmart+ also offers perks like free same-day delivery on groceries and Rx, free shipping with no minimum order, gas discounts, and 5% unlimited cashback through its new OnePay CashRewards Credit Card, all for a yearly fee of $98. The number of members benefiting from this offering has not been disclosed, but it’s clear that Walmart+ is continuously evolving to cater to its members’ needs and interests.
