Top 10 Disney+ Movies from Pixar Making a Comeback

Disney fans are rejoicing as both “Incredibles” movies have made it back to the top 10 on Disney+. “Incredibles 2” holds the number one spot, with the original “The Incredibles” following closely behind at number four, according to Fixpatrol.

The first film, released in 2004, follows the story of a suburban family with undercover superhero abilities who must save the world while trying to maintain a normal life.

Voices for the beloved characters include Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell, Spencer Fox, Jason Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, and Elizabeth Peña. “The Incredibles” made an impressive $631 million against a budget of $145 million.

Critics have praised the film for its humor and energy, with The Guardian calling it “an all-conqueringly funny and blastingly energised family comedy.” They note influences from various superhero tales, melded into a new and original Pixar creation.

The sequel, “The Incredibles 2,” hit theaters in 2018, showing the superhero family navigating changing family dynamics. Mr. Incredible takes on household duties while Elastigirl heads out to save the day.

With a budget of $200 million, “The Incredibles 2” soared to over $1.2 billion at the box office. The Guardian reviewer hailed it as outshining the original, with “slapstick genius, profound social commentary, and a monstrously funny infant” creating a magical second chapter for the superhero clan.

Returning stars Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell, and Samuel L. Jackson are joined by newcomers Huckleberry Milner, Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, and Jonathan Banks in this thrilling sequel.
