Peacemaker Season 2: Watch online, release schedule, cast

“Peacemaker” fans rejoice, because Season 2 is finally here on HBO Max! After three long years, our favorite DC Comics-inspired show is back, following the antihero Peacemaker, played by John Cena, on a new mission post-“The Suicide Squad.”

In this season, we’ll see Peacemaker confront his past and explore alternate universes where he has a different life, all while dancing to a new tune in the opening credits. Creator James Gunn has written the entire new season, set in the DC Universe established with Gunn’s “Superman” film earlier this year.

The release time for “Peacemaker” Season 2 is tonight at 9 p.m. ET on HBO Max, with new episodes dropping weekly on Thursdays at the same time. If you’re new to HBO Max, you can subscribe starting at $9.99/month with ads or $16.99/month for an ad-free experience.

For those keeping track of the episode release schedule, Season 2 will consist of eight episodes, with the first one titled “The Ties That Grind” premiering on Aug. 21. The cast is back with Cena, Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, and more reprising their roles, and new faces joining from the DC Universe like Nathan Fillion and Isabela Merced.

If you missed “Superman” in theaters, you can now watch it at home for $29.99 to buy or $24.99 to rent on platforms like Prime Video. Gunn has explained the fast home release was to ensure everyone could watch it before tuning into “Peacemaker” Season 2.

Excited for the new season? So are we! Don’t miss out on the action-packed, dance-filled adventures of Peacemaker and his crew.
