United Airlines Enhances In-Flight Entertainment with Apple TV+

Traveling on United Airlines just got a whole lot better with their new in-flight entertainment upgrade. Now, passengers can stream popular Apple TV+ shows while on board, including fan favorites like Severance, Shrinking, Ted Lasso, Slow Horses, and Silo. This means boredom is definitely off the table!

In addition to the existing monthly entertainment offerings, United Airlines has taken things up a notch by partnering with Apple TV+. Mark Muren, United’s Managing Director of Product, Identity, and Loyalty, is excited about this collaboration, stating that Apple’s groundbreaking series will enhance the inflight experience for travelers.

The lineup of shows will continue to grow, with The Morning Show and Bad Sisters set to be added in September. United Airlines will be bringing in new seasons and content every month, totaling over 250 TV episodes, including documentaries and films. And the best part? It’s all free to watch on United’s seatback screens as well as the United app.

This upgrade follows United’s recent investment in improving the seatback entertainment experience. The airline has installed seatback screens in every seat, including massive, Bluetooth-enabled, 27-inch, 4K OLED screens. So whether you’re flying within the US or to destinations like Accra, Lagos, Cape Town, Dakar, Marrakesh, or Johannesburg, these additions will make your journey more comfortable and enjoyable.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite Apple TV+ shows at 30,000 feet!
