Star Trek: Archer Series Featuring Scott Bakula – Possible Future Project

Sussman even discussed the idea with Scott Bakula, who portrayed Captain Archer, and it seems like Bakula is keen on the concept.

While the initial dismissal of the show was due to financial concerns and potential overlaps with another Star Trek idea, the changing landscape post-merger has reignited hopes for its development.
