Fans Encounter Streaming Problems Watching SummerSlam 2025 Live
WWE had big plans for SummerSlam, but some fans had trouble watching the show. People on Ringside News mentioned having issues with their stream, so we asked on X if anyone else was having trouble. Turns out, a number of users reported technical difficulties. While some viewers had no problems and the stream ran smoothly, others dealt with freezing and app crashes. Twitter users like @DonnieStuart1 said the stream would randomly freeze, @AdamB_11 added that it would freeze briefly before coming back, and @HowYaDoin27 mentioned that Peacock’s app crashed for some users but seemed to be working again.
Some fans were understandably frustrated because they just wanted to watch SummerSlam without any hiccups. Although some fans had no issues, others weren’t so lucky. With so many fans tuning in to watch SummerSlam, it’s no surprise that Peacock might get overwhelmed with WWE fans. But since WWE has used the popular streaming app before, Peacock should have been prepared for the influx of viewers.
