Wednesday Evening Cable News Ratings: Top Rated Fox News Shows Draw Over 3 Million Viewers

Last night’s cable news ratings saw three Fox News shows breaking the 3 million viewer mark. “Gutfeld!”, “The Five”, and “Jesse Watters Primetime” took the top spots for total viewership. “The Five” was the standout performer in the Adults 25-54 demographic, being the only show to exceed 400,000 viewers in that category.

In a competitive landscape, MSNBC secured the second spot in total viewers, while CNN clinched the No. 2 position in the demo ratings. During the afternoon hours, NewsNation’s “NewsNation Now”, anchored by Nichole Berlie, stood out with an average of 44,000 demo viewers between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. ET. This performance outshined MSNBC’s programming block in the same time slot, which averaged 32,700 demo viewers.

It’s clear that viewers continue to engage with cable news programming across a variety of networks, with each channel offering a unique perspective and voice in today’s media landscape.
