Feds Raid Home Linked to Pastor in Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult on Netflix
Federal agents recently conducted a raid on a property connected to Robert Shinn, the pastor of the Shekinah Church featured in Netflix’s 2024 docuseries, “Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult.” The Los Angeles Times reported that the raid, which took place on Friday, July 25, was part of an investigation into multiple allegations, including sex trafficking and money laundering. Shinn is one of the individuals associated with the property, located in California’s Tujunga neighborhood.
The Netflix series delved into Shinn’s Shekinah Church and social media management company, 7M Films. The allegations against Shinn and his organizations, including claims of sexual abuse, financial misconduct, labor violations, and coercive control, have been met with strong denials. The investigation involved multiple agencies, including the U.S. Postal Service, Internal Revenue Service, and U.S. Department of Labor.
The authorities have been tight-lipped about the specifics of the investigation, with details currently under seal in federal court. As of July 25, no arrests had been made in connection with the case. Stay tuned for more updates as the investigation progresses.
