Looney Tunes Cartoons to Transfer to Tubi from HBO Max
Tubi just announced its lineup for August 2025, and classic cartoon fans are in for a treat. Get ready to enjoy the timeless antics of Looney Tunes on this free streaming service starting next month.
The Looney Tunes legacy dates back to the 1930s, with iconic animated shorts like Sinkin’ in the Bathtub (1930), I Haven’t Got a Hat (1935) introducing Porky Pig, and Porky’s Duck Hunt (1937) showcasing Daffy Duck’s debut.
Previously part of HBO Max’s animated collection, over 250 Looney Tunes shorts from 1950 onwards were taken off the platform in March, along with projects like Coyote vs. Acme. But fear not, as Tubi swooped in to offer The Looney Tunes Show from 2011-2013 in April. And now, they’re expanding their Looney Tunes library by adding more classic titles in August.
So, get ready to relive the zany adventures of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and the whole gang on Tubi next month. It’s a nostalgia trip you won’t want to miss!
