Apple TV+ ‘Stick’ Season 2 Renewed starring Owen Wilson

Golf fans have reason to celebrate! Apple TV+ has renewed its golf-centric series “Stick” for a second season, starring Owen Wilson. The show follows Wilson’s character, Pryce Cahill, a former Tour pro whose life takes a new direction when he meets a talented young golfer named Santi Wheeler, played by Peter Dager.

In the Season 1 finale, tension rises as an unexpected visitor enters Santi’s life, putting his performance at a PGA Tour tournament at risk. The upcoming second season will pick up where the first season left off.

Some familiar faces made cameo appearances in the first season of “Stick,” including pro golfers Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley, Max Homa, and Wyndham Clark, as well as broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman. Owen Wilson shared that everyone involved had a great time working on the show and expressed gratitude for the positive response from viewers.

Playing Cahill on “Stick” also sparked Wilson’s interest in golf, a sport he previously found intimidating. Now, he feels he’s making progress and is excited to continue his golf journey. Wilson, Dager, and other key cast members are expected to return for Season 2.

You can catch up on the first season of “Stick” on Apple TV+ to prepare for the upcoming second season. Stay tuned for more updates on this engaging series!
