Steve Carell’s hit series, The Office, inadvertently caused delays for Prime Video’s thought-provoking sci-fi show, Upload, for years. The creator, Greg Daniels, originally envisioned Upload back in the late 1980s during his early writing career. Daniels’ inspiration for Upload stemmed from his time at Saturday Night Live in the late ’80s, where new technologies like CD players sparked his creativity. The show offers a fresh take on futuristic themes and promises to leave audiences satisfied with its final season this summer.
