New Marvel Iron Man and Friends Series Coming to Disney+

Marvel has a new surprise in store for preschoolers with their latest animated series, Marvel’s Iron Man and his Awesome Friends. This quirky addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is specifically aimed at a younger audience, which is quite different from their usual target market.

The good news is that we won’t have to wait long to catch this new chibi Marvel series. Marvel Studios has dropped a trailer for Marvel’s Iron Man and his Awesome Friends and announced that it will premiere on Monday, Aug. 11, on Disney Jr. at 8:30 a.m. ET/PT, followed by a debut on Disney Channel later that same day. For those streaming on Disney+, all 10 episodes will be available starting Tuesday, Aug. 12. You can check out the trailer on YouTube or watch it below.

In addition to the exciting premiere, Marvel Studios has revealed a star-studded lineup of guest voice actors for the show. John Stamos, known for voicing Iron Man/Tony Stark in Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, will voice Howard Stark, Tony’s father. Other guest stars include Jessica Mendoza as Dottie Doubleday, Jackée Harry as Granny Williams, Stephen Tobolowsky as Spencer Q. Sweets, Lauren Tom as Helen Cho, and Gary Anthony Williams and Mo Collins as Nuts and Bolts.

This isn’t Marvel Studios’ first venture into children’s animation, as they previously worked on Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends. With the success of their previous show, there’s high hope for Marvel’s Iron Man and his Awesome Friends. Are you excited to introduce your kids to the MCU through this new series?
