This tool synchronizes playbacks and provides a chat feature for real-time reactions. To use GroupWatch, viewers need to click the GroupWatch icon on the Disney+ platform, send out invites to connect with up to six other people, and then start watching. This feature is currently available on the Disney+ website and mobile apps. GroupWatch works with most titles on Disney+, but some restrictions may apply, like viewing content that is linked to a separate streaming account.
