Emmy Guest Actor Nominee Martin Scorsese – Discussion on “Hung Up”
Let’s dive into the exciting world of Emmy nominations! It’s time to celebrate Martin Scorsese, who snagged a nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in The Studio. Sorry Jon Bernthal, Bryan Cranston, Dave Franco, Ron Howard, and Anthony Mackie, looks like you’ll have to stay in your seats for this one!
While I may not be head over heels for The Studio, I have to admit, the pilot episode really stood out (and don’t get me started on the oner episode—it was a close second). Watching Scorsese navigate a party and find solace with Charlize Theron was a highlight for me. His presence on the show truly elevates the performance and leaves you wanting more whenever he’s off-screen. In my opinion, Scorsese’s work on The Studio is top-notch and definitely deserves recognition.
And let’s not forget about Only Murders in the Building! It’s a show that’s out there, waiting for you to press play on Hulu. While it may not be at the top of my personal watchlist, I know many people enjoy it. As for me, I’ll pass for now.
Overall, it’s great to see talented individuals like Scorsese getting the recognition they deserve. Have you watched any of the Emmy-nominated shows this year? Let me know your thoughts!
