South Park Removed from Paramount+ in International Markets
Attention all “South Park” fans! If you’re watching from outside the U.S., you may have noticed that the show has been removed from Paramount+. Don’t panic just yet, though. The streaming platform’s license to air the series internationally has expired, but Paramount+ is currently in negotiations to bring it back for all subscribers. In the meantime, international viewers can still catch “South Park” specials on Paramount+ and watch the show on Comedy Central.
This news comes hot on the heels of the announcement that the season 27 premiere of “South Park” has been delayed by two weeks due to a streaming rights dispute between the show’s creators and Paramount Global. Despite this setback, fans can look forward to the show’s return on July 23.
So, hang tight, international fans! “South Park” may be temporarily unavailable on Paramount+, but the team is working hard to bring it back to screens worldwide. In the meantime, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy the hilarious antics of Cartman and the gang. Stay tuned for updates on when the show will be back and ready for streaming.
