July 2025 Streaming Service Releases: Netflix, Disney+, and More
We’re almost at the start of July and you know what that means—new movies and TV shows are coming to your favorite streaming services! It’s like Christmas in summer, but instead of gifts, we get all the good stuff to watch. Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, and Prime Video are all ready to roll out their new lineups for July, and trust me, it’s going to be a good one.
Get ready for some big originals hitting your screens this month! Netflix is bringing us “The Old Guard 2” on July 2nd and “Happy Gilmore 2” with Adam Sandler on July 25th. And that’s just the beginning. HBO Max is dropping Ryan Coogler’s hit movie “Sinners,” starting July 4th. If that doesn’t get you excited, I don’t know what will.
Let’s give you the rundown of what’s in store for July:
On July 1st, we’ve got a whole bunch of goodies landing on Netflix, like “17 Again,” “The Hitman’s Bodyguard,” “The Karate Kid” (and its sequels), “Mission: Impossible” (the whole franchise), “The Notebook,” and more. Disney+ is adding episodes of “Ironheart” and other shows, while HBO Max is bringing in classics like “Dances With Wolves,” “Get Out,” “Insidious,” and “Mortal Kombat” (both the 1995 and 2021 versions).
But wait, there’s more! Hulu is keeping up with the trend, adding titles like “Alita: Battle Angel,” “Bridesmaids,” “The Longest Yard,” and “Wrath Of Man.” Peacock is stepping up its game with “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw,” “Forrest Gump,” “Goodfellas,” “Twister,” and more. And don’t forget about Paramount+, which is giving us “A Walk Among the Tombstones,” “Airplane II,” and “A Walk on the Moon.”
So mark your calendars and get ready to binge-watch your heart out this July! It’s going to be a wild ride of movie marathons and TV show binges. Happy streaming!
