King of the Hill Revival Father’s Day First Footage Reveal
he Hill fans, get excited! The beloved animated series is making a comeback with a new season set to premiere on Hulu this Summer. To celebrate Father’s Day, the show has released some of its first footage, giving us a glimpse of what’s to come.
The new revival season will see some big changes, as the characters of Arlen, Texas have aged considerably since we last saw them. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the return of the show and now we finally get to see some of the changes in motion.
The new teaser for King of the Hill Season 14 gives us a look at an older Bobby, the familiar voice of Hank, and a peek into how their lives have evolved over the years. It’s exciting to see our favorite characters back in action, even if they’ve gone through some changes (like Hank’s trip to Saudi Arabia).
Set to debut on August 4th, the new season will be brought to life by original series creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, with Saladin K. Patterson serving as showrunner. The voice stars, including Kathy Najimy, Stephen Root, Pamela Adlon, and Lauren Tom, are all returning to reprise their roles. Jonathan Joss will also be back as the voice of John Redcorn, and Johnny Hardwick returns as Dale Gribble for a few episodes.
King of the Hill Season 14 will consist of ten episodes, all of which will drop at once. The new season promises to take us on a journey as Hank and Peggy return to a changed Arlen, Texas, reconnecting with old friends and rediscovering their roots. Meanwhile, Bobby is pursuing his dream as a chef in Dallas, living it up with his former classmates.
