Disney Teases New Music Series ‘Electric Bloom’ Release
Disney has given us a sneak peek at its exciting new music series, Electric Bloom, a show that promises to bring together sound, style, and storytelling in a vibrant and captivating way.
Originally known as How We Became the Biggest Band in the World, the series has transformed into Electric Bloom, a high-energy musical journey that will appeal to both kids and parents. With its official premiere just around the corner, the show is set to have viewers of all ages singing, dancing, and rocking out with the band.
Wondering what the series is all about? Electric Bloom follows the three members of the super successful pop group Electric Bloom as they reminisce about their journey from high school friends to global music sensations. It’s a heartwarming tale of friendship and music.
According to Deadline, the lead roles in Electric Bloom will be played by Lumi Pollack as Posey, Carmen Sanchez as Jade, Ruby Marino as Tulip, and Nathaniel Buescher as Lucas. The show is helmed by showrunner and executive producer Eric Friedman, along with writers and executive producers Alex Fox and Rachel Lewis. Award-winning songwriter Diane Warren and Bahareh Batmang are also onboard as executive producers, with Warren composing most of the songs for the series.
Electric Bloom is set to premiere on Thursday, July 10th at 8:35 pm ET/PT on Disney Channel, following the premiere of Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires. The series will continue on Disney+ starting September 17th, with more episodes dropping in October.
