Jennifer Morrison’s Desire to Join a Netflix Drama: “I’ll do whatever they want”

Morrison shared her admiration for Janney at the 2025 Astra Awards, stating, “I just love her so much. I mean, the truth is I just want to be on ‘The Diplomat’ with her. I would do anything to be on ‘The Diplomat.’ I don’t care how. I’ll direct. I’ll act. I’ll do both. I’ll do whatever they want me to do. I love that show. It’s so good.”

Apart from her acting skills, Morrison has been exploring directing opportunities. She recently directed episodes of “Yellowjackets” Season 3, highlighting the thrill of working behind the camera on such a magical project with an incredible cast and team.
