Lisa Marie Schulze-Bahlman, 53, of Mexico, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. A memorial service to honor and remember her will be held on Wednesday, July 2 at Arnold Funeral Home, starting with visitation from 3-5 p.m., followed by the service at 5 p.m.
Born on August 3, 1971 in Fulton, Missouri, Lisa was a proud graduate of Mexico High School. She dedicated her career to serving others, working at A.P. Green and the Missouri Veterans Home, where her compassion and dedication shone brightly.
Lisa found solace in her faith and was an active member of Southside Baptist Church in Vandalia. She cherished nature, particularly bird watching, and expressed her artistic side through her beautiful velvet marker paintings. In her downtime, Lisa enjoyed watching daytime television, with a special love for The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.
Known for her generous spirit, Lisa gave back to her community through volunteering with the housing authority and always extended a helping hand to those in need. She will be deeply missed by her four children, ten grandchildren, loving parents, four sisters, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In memory of Lisa, a visitation and memorial service will be held at Arnold Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 2. Those who knew and loved Lisa are invited to share their thoughts and memories during this time of remembrance. Lisa’s legacy of kindness and compassion will forever live on in the hearts of those who were touched by her beautiful spirit.
