GEN V Season Two Trailer: New and Returning Characters Revealed

So, listen up, fans of The Boys! The trailer for Gen V season two just dropped, and it’s bloody, it’s gross, and it looks like it’s going to be just as intense as the original series. If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure to check it out below.

What’s really cool is that it looks like the events from season four of The Boys are going to tie into season two of Gen V. In the trailer, we see familiar faces like Valorie Curry as Firecracker and Antony Starr as Homelander. Plus, there’s a shot of a poster of Homelander with the word ‘RESIST’ spray painted over it – talk about intense!

Amazon’s official synopsis gives us a taste of what’s to come: “As the rest of America adjusts to Homelander’s iron fist, back at Godolkin University, the mysterious new Dean preaches a curriculum that promises to make students more powerful than ever.” It sounds like things are going to get pretty wild.

The first three episodes of season two will premiere on September 17, with the rest of the series dropping every Wednesday until October 22. Sadly, Chance Perdomo won’t be returning as Andre Andersen due to his passing in a motorcycle accident. But it looks like the show will address his character’s absence in an interesting way.

If you’re wondering about the ratings, season one of Gen V scored a solid 97% on Rotten Tomatoes from critics, and a 76% from audiences. Not too shabby! The cast is full of talent, with stars like Jaz Sinclair, Asa Germann, and Derek Luh bringing their A-game.
