Zoë Kravitz on Collaborating with Industry Icons and the Exciting ‘Studio’ Finale

Zoë Kravitz recently lent her acting chops to a three-episode guest appearance on Apple TV+’s The Studio, where she played a fictionalized version of herself. During her stint on the show, Kravitz’s character goes on a wild ride, pretending not to care about winning a Golden Globe (but secretly hoping she does), accidentally consuming too many psychedelics at a party in Las Vegas, and even climbing on a hotel nightstand and refusing to come down.

One of the funniest moments comes when Kravitz’s character mixes up her on-screen persona, a vampire assassin named Blackwing, with her real self. Despite the chaos, Kravitz manages to pull off a memorable moment at CinemaCon, showcasing her comedic talents.

Originally signed on for just the Golden Globes episode, Kravitz’s role was expanded as the show progressed. She expressed how much she enjoyed working with the talented cast, including Kathryn Hahn, Catherine O’Hara, Ike Barinholtz, and Seth Rogen, who co-created The Studio. Kravitz shared her excitement for diving into comedic roles and praised the opportunity to work with such incredible actors.
