HBO Task Trailer Teases Showdown Between Two Troubled Men
HBO has just dropped the trailer for their new series, Task, and it looks like things are about to get intense. Starring Mark Ruffalo and Tom Pelphrey, this drama from Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby is set in the suburbs of Philadelphia and tackles some tough issues like drug use. Scheduled to premiere in September on HBO and HBO Max, Task follows Ruffalo as an FBI agent leading a team of rookie officers to take down a group of violent thieves led by Pelphrey, a seemingly ordinary family man.
