King of the Hill: Hank Confronts Modern Technology in Official Revival Poster

Hulu announced the return of King of the Hill over two years ago, and we finally have a glimpse of what’s in store with a brand-new poster for the animated series. Instead of keeping everyone the same age forever, the revival will fast-forward in time, showing the characters looking a bit older (especially Boomhauer). As expected, Hank Hill is not a fan of modern technology. Bill is getting a food delivery from Mega Lo Eats, Dale is all about his VR headset and vaping, and Boomhauer is glued to his tablet. In the background, there’s a drone delivering a case of Alamo beer.

Mike Judge is returning to voice Hank and Boomhauer, along with a stellar cast of familiar voices. Even though Johnny Hardwick, who voiced Dale Gribble, tragically passed away in 2023, he had already finished recording a few episodes for the new season. The show creators are still deciding on Dale’s future in the series. A sneak peek of the revival is set to be shown at the ATX TV Festival on May 30th, with an official release date on Hulu expected later this year. Keep an eye out for this nostalgic return to the good ol’ days of Arlen!
