In Summer of 69, we follow the story of an awkward high school senior who enlists the help of an exotic dancer to win over her longtime crush before graduation. What starts as a wild plan unfolds into unexpected lessons about friendship, self-confidence, and the journey into adulthood.
Jillian Bell not only directed this film but also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Liz Nico and Jules Byrne. And let’s talk about the impressive ensemble cast!
