Troubleshooting Missing Apple Intelligence on iPhone

If you’ve ever changed the language on your iPhone, you may have noticed that Apple Intelligence disappeared. It happened to me when I switched to Italian. Despite the fact that Apple Intelligence is available in multiple languages, including Brazilian Portuguese, the Siri animation vanished. Surprisingly, this was the only indication that Apple Intelligence wasn’t functioning properly. I didn’t even realize that some features, like Writing Tools and Genmojis, weren’t active.

After nearly a year since its unveiling, Apple Intelligence still feels incomplete. Siri struggles with basic tasks, and a key feature has been delayed until 2026. Reports have revealed that Apple rushed to introduce AI-powered Siri at WWDC 2024, but the functionality fell short. With no new features expected until WWDC 2025, Apple risks falling behind other AI companies.
