Neighbours Revival Cancelled After 2 Years
The popular streaming service, Netflix, is increasing its subscription prices in the United States. Starting next month, subscribers can expect to see their monthly bill go up by a few dollars. This price hike will affect all three of Netflix’s subscription plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium.
For the Basic plan, which allows users to stream on one device at a time in standard definition, the price will increase from $8.99 to $9.99 per month. The Standard plan, which includes two simultaneous streams in high definition, will see a bump from $12.99 to $14.99 per month. Lastly, the Premium plan, offering four simultaneous streams in ultra-high definition, will jump from $15.99 to $17.99 per month.
This is not the first time Netflix has raised its prices, and it likely won’t be the last. The streaming giant often adjusts its subscription fees as it invests in new content and features for its users.
While a price increase is never fun, it’s important to remember that Netflix still offers a wide range of popular shows, movies, and original content. Subscribers continue to enjoy a vast library of entertainment options at their fingertips, making the slight increase in cost worth it for many viewers.
If you’re a current Netflix subscriber, be on the lookout for an email or notification from the streaming service detailing the upcoming price change. And if you’re considering signing up for Netflix, keep in mind that the new prices will go into effect for new subscribers immediately.
