Euphoria Cast: Hulu Show’s Stars -Then & Now
Euphoria fans have been eagerly following the cast of the HBO series as they navigate the world on and off-screen. The show, based on an Israeli series of the same name, delves into the challenges faced by high school student Rue, played by Zendaya, as she strives to maintain sobriety after rehab. Euphoria tackles a range of heavy topics, including mental health, toxic relationships, and sexuality, captivating audiences since its premiere in 2019. The ensemble cast, which includes Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow, and Colman Domingo, shot to stardom with the show’s success.
Although the series was renewed for a second season, fans had to wait nearly three years for new episodes. In the interim, HBO released two standalone specials focusing on Rue and Jules’ post-breakup aftermath. The production of Euphoria’s third season faced significant delays, pushed back due to various reasons, including creator Sam Levinson’s involvement in another series called The Idol and industry strikes in 2023.
HBO expressed their commitment to delivering an outstanding third season, emphasizing the network’s support for the cast to explore other opportunities in the meantime. The production for Euphoria’s third season is expected to kick off in early 2025. Stay tuned to see what lies ahead for the Euphoria stars on and off-screen.
